- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives.
- Create high-impact promotional materials, including detail aids, brochures, banners, giveaways, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop scientific and clinical promotional content to effectively support product positioning and sales initiatives.
- Plan and execute brand-building campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities across assigned business units.
- Support the implementation of annual marketing plans while conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate medical meetings, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes, conferences, congresses, and customer engagement events locally and internationally.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate campaign effectiveness, gather market insights, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder engagement initiatives, customer hospitality, and other marketing projects and events while undertaking additional responsibilities assigned by the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Medical & Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years' experience in Product Management or Pharmaceutical Marketing.
- Strong project management and event coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and commercial thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and business events.
