REQUIREMENTS
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years' work experience on customer service will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy
- A strong team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Tamil language skills will an added advantage.
