Executive - Finance
Job Responsibilities
- Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and present Management Information Reports (FOF) to support decision- making.
- Manage factory-related finance operations, ensuring smooth coordination between production and finance.
- Oversee tax matters, including preparation, filing, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage inventory control, internal audits, and annual audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Assist in financial reporting, annual report preparation, and audit group reporting requirements.
- Support the preparation of Board papers and Audit Committee papers in line with corporate governance standards.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Full or part qualification in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) will be a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the manufacturing and/or export industry.
- Exposure to SAP ERP systems will be a definite advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, results-oriented individual with strong organizational and time-management skills.
