Trainee Imports Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Imports Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent school leavers, undergraduates or individuals looking to start a career in import operations, logistics and international trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with import documentation and shipment processing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents and customs brokers.
- Monitor shipment schedules and update delivery status.
- Maintain accurate records of import transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and import regulations.
- Support the procurement and logistics teams with day-to-day operations.
- Perform general administrative duties related to import activities.
Requirements:
- G.C.E. Advanced Level or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Basic computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in import and logistics operations.
