Officer / Executive - Credit Marketing (Alternate Financial Services) | Nugegoda Branch
Are you enthusiastic about marketing, customer engagement, and Alternate Finance? We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our Alternate Financial Services team and support our growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving business targets for lending products.
- Maintaining average mark-up levels.
- Conducting credit evaluations and preparing credit appraisals.
- Ensuring the expected collection ratio for the portfolio.
- Enhancing quality and driving growth of branch/individual portfolios.
- Organizing campaigns and promotions to expand market reach.
- Complying with all company policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices
Candidate Profile
- School leavers (A/L completed) with a passion for customer service and marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Friendly, confident, and excellent communication skills.
- Interest in Alternate Finance and a willingness to learn financial products.
- Previous experience in a Bank or Finance Company is a plus.
- Professional qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
- Team player with the ability to travel for field promotions and campaigns.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office & smartphone applications).
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Candidates pursuing a Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification in a relevant field are encouraged to apply.
