Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in quantity surveying
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction field
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis
- Experience in site measurments and subcontractor handling
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and checking BOQS
- Taking off quantities from drawings
- Preparing cost estimates and interim payment application.
- Handling subcontractor paymnets and variation
