Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate the activities of branch Deposit mobilization officers.
- Organize deposit mobilization promotion programs at the branch level.
- Grow and manage a deposit portfolio.
- Achieve allocated monthly/ yearly target.
- Follow deposit mobilization policies and procedures.
- Create attractive value-added deposit products.
Key Requirements
- Full/Part professional qualification in Marketing / Banking and Finance.
- Sound knowledge in Financial Analysis.
- Sound knowledge in KYC/AML requirements and CBSL guidelines in deposit mobilization.
- 5 to 10 years experience in deposit mobilization within the banking or finance industry.
- Possess presentation skills, problem solving skills.
