WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Monitoring, implementation & maintenance of the software, hardware and network infrastructure, such as servers, L3/L2 switches, backup systems, and firewalls.
- Management of the IT services, such as email platforms, file management systems, network shares, network resources, email accounts, security, and all aspects of server software.
- Providing seamless access and management of company data and resources while reducing overhead by deploying cost effective software/hardware solutions. Monitor and measure the performance of the systems before any modification and identify the part of system that is critical for improving the performance.
- Evaluation & recommendation of technological requirements.
- Preparation of project proposals and annual budgets.
- Assess potential security threats, update security programs and devices, and conduct periodic security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure support levels for managed services, and periodically review cost structures and AMC renewals.
- Monitoring and managing the work functions allocated to department staff.
- Administration & maintenance of MS 0365 Cloud Solution and MS Exchange Server.
- Administer and maintain the DR site, backup systems, and data, ensuring they are kept up to date and ready to take over within the defined recovery time objectives.
- Manage and maintain IFS ERP system and oversee the progress of reported concerns.
- Conduct training sessions on IT usage and the new technologies, software, and hardware implemented within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in IT operations
- Hands-on experience with implementing Active Directory (AD), MS Exchange platform and IP based CCTV systems.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, data protection and backup practices, and system hardening techniques.
- Hands-on experience with IFS ERP system
- Proven experience in vendor management and handling outsourced service providers.
- Ability to develop SOPs, technical documentation, and procedures aligned with best practices and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem- solving skills with the ability to respond effectively during system failures or emergencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across IT, operations, and security teams.
