IT Support Associate

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or similar
- Applicable professional qualifications like CCNA, MCSA would be an added advantage
- At least one year experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- Knowledge in PC troubleshooting
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Innovative thinker who is positive and proactive
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Monitoring and maintaining network devices
- Troubleshooting Desktops, laptops, Printers and any other IT resources.
- Upgrading, Installing, and configuring new hardware and software
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Proper documentation in accordance with company standard
