What we're looking:
- More than 5 years of work experience in a managerial position in a call center.
- A person who has served in a similar capacity (Group Client Manager) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Prefer a person with an MBA or a business administration degree.
- Strong understanding of call center operations, KPIs, and service delivery models.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
