Project Manager (BPO / Offshore Operations)
We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead offshore operations within a fast-paced BPO environment. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to performance and delivery. You will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery within offshore operations
- Manage client communication and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor performance metrics and drive data-based decisions
- Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leads and operational teams
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth operational flow
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in a BPO / offshore environment
- Proven experience in people management and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Exposure to process improvement / automation initiatives
- Strong business and commercial awareness
