Assistant Manager - French Market

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and handle correspondence with key French-speaking agents/guests, while maintaining a strong relationship with them
- Assist in planning and executing new strategies to enhance sales volume.
- Conduct product comparisons with competitor products and develop new products to target new client segment.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate inbound tour activities, ensuring seamless execution of travel itineraries.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Liaise with hotel, and other vendors to secure bookings and arrangements.
- Prepare detailed travel proposals and quotations for clients, adhering to company standards and pricing guide lines.
- Assist in development of new tour packages and promotional materials to enhance our product offerings.
- Provide on site support and assistance to clients during their travels, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with sales team to promote our services and attract new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 Years of proven experience in the inbound tour industry.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Knowledge of local attractions, destinations, and cultural experiences preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, travel booking system.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, hospitality management or related field."
