JOB PROFILE
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electronics and furniture products
- Provide detailed product information, pricing, features, and after-sales services
- Maintain excellent knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product availability
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets on a monthly basis
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, displays, and merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales follow-ups
- Prepare daily sales reports and update sales records accurately
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in retail sales (preferably electronics or furniture)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented attitude with a proactive approach
- Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with billing/inventory systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Age below 35 years
- School leavers with good communication skills may also be considered
