Recruitment & Sales Staff (Japanese National) | Kottawa
We are hiring a Recruitment & Job Sales Representative for Japanese companies at our Sri Lankan sending organization and Japanese language school. We are looking for someone who can serve as a bridge between Japan and Sri Lanka.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Sri Lanka with a valid visa.
- For candidates residing in Japan, we will provide support for obtaining a residence visa.
- Responsible for recruitment and job acquisition sales to Japanese companies.
Location
- Our office in Kottawa, Sri Lanka
- (Approximately 40 minutes by car from central Colombo)
Working Hours
- Weekdays 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- (4 days in office, 1 day remote work per week)
Job Description
- Online sales activities to acquire job orders from Japanese companies (including recruitment agencies)
- Business meetings and follow-ups with Japanese companies
- Collaboration with universities to recruit highly skilled talent and provide Japanese language education
- Japanese language instruction and interview preparation
- Coordination with Japanese language schools in Sri Lanka
- Talent database management
- Recruitment and support coordination for Sri Lankan candidates
- Overall support of the recruitment process
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Japanese nationality
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in sales or the recruitment industry
- Ability to work in Sri Lanka
Preferred:
- English proficiency (daily conversation level or higher)
- Experience in recruitment industry or working abroad
- Cross-cultural understanding and flexibility
- Experience living or working overseas

Employment Type
