Key Relationship Manager (Construction Sector)
Ark Construction is hiring an energetic and well-connected Key Relationship Manager to build partnerships with Architects, Engineers, and Project Consultants, and drive new leads from various sources
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects & Engineers
- Follow up and close new project leads
- Manage client coordination throughout the sales process
- Represent Ark at industry events
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in Sales / Client Management
- Construction or related experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation & relationship- building skills
- Outgoing, organized & self-driven personality
