Field Manager
The organization
We are looking for Field Manager for daily shift and night basis for our fast-passed franchise outlets. We have 3 branches currently in operation around Colombo, growing rapidly.
Requirements
- Minimum over 5 years of leadership experience in similar capacity.
- Good communication skills both in Sinhala and English.
- Age between 30-50
- Having valid riding license (Motor Bike)

Typical duties include:
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
- Ensure daily store operations run smoothly across outlets.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
- Greeting and advising customers.
- Problem solving.
- Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
- Keeping statistical and financial records.
- Assessing and improving profitability.
- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
- Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the outlets.
