We are now seeking a talented and experienced Female Sales Executive to lead sales efforts for our flagship luxury apartment project - 96 LEGENDS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and convert high-quality leads for apartment sales
- Present and promote luxury residential units to prospective clients
- Conduct professional site visits, virtual tours, and open house events
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report to the Sales Manager
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals
- Maintain CRM data and follow up on client pipelines effectively
- Assist with legal documentation and client onboarding process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused approach
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Female candidate aged between 25 - 35 years
- Minimum 4+ years of related experience
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Smart, confident, and results-driven with a passion for real estate
- Proficient in MS Office, email correspondence, and CRM tools
