Customer Relationship Officer (Female) | Mannar Branch
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our Mannar Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide information on company products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Support branch operations and achieve service targets
- Maintain accurate customer records
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Age: Not older than 28 years.
- Ability to speak Sinhala and Tamil is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Candidates residing in or near Mannar will be an added advantage
