Responsibilities:
Visit customers to follow up on overdue payments, maintain good relationships through effective communication, support recovery-related activities, and keep basic records of visits and collections as required.
Pre-requisite:
- Passed GCE A/L or a Diploma/qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Age below 40 years
- Must have a valid motorcycle riding license
- Willingness to work in the field (outdoor work)
- Ability to communicate in Sinhala and basic English
- Ability to converse in Tamil will be an added advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
