Your Role
- Create tailor-made Sri Lanka itineraries and quotations.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and local partners.
- Build strong relationships with overseas travel partners.
- Manage bookings from enquiry to confirmation.
- Deliver exceptional service at every stage of the journey.
We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the travel industry.
- Experience creating Sri Lanka itineraries and quotations.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for travel and exceptional customer service.
