Internship - Recovery Officer (6 Months)
Job Location - Colombo
Job Responsibilities
- Closely follow up with customers on debt recoveries.
- Prepare the recovery related reports required for management decision making purposes.
- Keep tracking outstanding debts.
- Plan a course of action for recoveries.
- Update account status and database regularly.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 03 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
- Any related degree or professional qualification.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office packages.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
