MEP Estimation Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities
- Tender Preparation - Analyze Drawings, Specifications, and Other Documents to Prepare accurate Tender Submissions.
- Prepare BOQs, Cost estimates, and Material take-off. Liaise with Engineers and Suppliers in Competitive Rates.
- Pre-Tender and Post-Tender Clarifications - Attend Tender clarification Meetings, Respond to pre-bid queries, and provide Clarifications, Market Analysis, and benchmarking.
- Review tenders before submission for completeness and accuracy. Participate in tender review meetings.
- Cost Estimation - Labor, Plant, Material, and Sub- Contractor Elements.

Qualifications & Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
- Over 03 Years of Experience in Quantity Surveying with a focus on Tendering and Estimations.
- Professional certification in Added Advantage.
- Familiar with Local Contract Conditions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to Detail.
- Good knowledge of Construction Methods, Materials, and legal Regulations.
- Familiar with Relevant Software applications.
