We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Operations Coordination – IoT to support the seamless execution of our growing IoT portfolio and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Reporting to the Product Head – Internet of Things, you will serve as the key operational focal point for enterprise IoT solutions, coordinating solution onboarding, system configuration, billing activation, vendor management, and customer support activities. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IoT services.
The Job
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and activation of enterprise IoT solutions.
- Manage operational workflows related to solution provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
- Oversee billing activation processes and support invoice and payment management activities.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor vendor performance and SLA compliance to ensure service excellence.
- Support revenue growth initiatives through product operations and customer engagement.
- Drive issue resolution and ensure timely responses to customer and operational queries.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
- Provide regular operational updates and insights to management.
The Person
- Degree or relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Exposure to or knowledge of:
- IoT solutions and emerging IoT technologies
- Smart Metering and Smart Monitoring solutions
- Network-based Tracking Solutions
- Smart Infrastructure Management
- Vehicle Management Solutions including GPS Tracking, Fleet Management, and Vehicle Safety Solutions
