Food & Beverage Executive - Analytics

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales, profitability, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Develop interactive dashboards and performance reports for Management.
- Monitor outlet performance across Crimson Bakery, Central Bakery, JADE Restaurants, and other F&B operations.
- Analyse inventory movements, wastage, stock variances, and ordering trends.
- Develop and monitor operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support product costing, BOM development, and pricing analysis.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Management, Business Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years' experience in F&B, Retail, Restaurant, or Hospitality Analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidate should be result oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skill in both English & Sinhala.
- Age should be below 30 years
