Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyzing marketing performance data, campaign results, sales trends, and customer insights to support decision- making.
- Preparing marketing performance reports and dashboards for management reviews and discussions.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Maintaining updated databases related to sales performance, customer trends, market information, and competitor activities.
- Conducting market research and surveys to identify consumer preferences, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
- Supporting the development of data-driven marketing strategies by analyzing customer behavior, sales patterns, and promotional outcomes.
- Identifying areas for improvement in marketing processes and recommending actionable solutions.
- Preparing presentations and analytical insights for marketing meetings and management discussions.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 01 year of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, market research, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into business recommendations.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.
- Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations will be an added advantage.
- A proactive team player with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
