YOU WILL,
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities
- Assist in maintaining HR/operational records and ensuring data accuracy
- Prepare reports, trackers, and analysis to support decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow execution
- Support process improvement initiatives and documentation activities
- Assist engagement activities and workplace in employee improvement projects
ARE YOU?
- A fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate in HR or Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Independent and works with minimum supervision.
- Good in MS Excel other MS applications and power BI
- Manage multiple tasks effectively.
