Requirements
- NVQ Level 4 or an equivalent qualification in IT or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair IT equipment (especially laptops and tablets)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must own a motorbike; fuel expenses for work-related travel will be reimbursed
