JOB PROFILE
- Stock variance reconciliation - Physically counted sheets enter into excel and calculate variance
- GRN & Consumption report run and reconciliation against with closing stock report in arcus system
- Maintain expired stock schedule and check returns with document and system adjustment
- Update FAR monthly by updating new capex and dispos- als and circulate to relevant HOD's
- Prepare condemnation assets schedule, participate for verification, update FA transfers and condemnations as- sets to FAR in SAP
- Circulate the stock in accordance with the minutes of inventory committee meeting
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Dynamic undergraduate who is following a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a part qualification in CA/CMA/ CIMA/ACCA
- Conversant in MS Office, Excel, and SAP system
- Good analytical and communication skills
