Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in building construction projects
- Experience in tender preparation and cost analysis
- Good knowledge of building construction procedures
- Ability to prepare and check BOQS and project bills
- Experience in site measurements and valuation
- Experience in handling project documentation, reports, and records
Valid driving licence
Own motorbike
Preferably residing in the Kuliyapitiya area
