Sales Assistant - Public Sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection relevant tender documents published in newspapers and other sources.
- Maintain consistent follow-up visits to existing customers to strengthen relationships and attend tender related matters.
- Prepare and submit tender documents/bids within required deadlines.
- Ensure timely participation in tender submissions across the island.
Requirements:
- Good secondary education with a minimum of 03 passes at the G.C.E.A/L Examination.
- A qualification in Automobile Engineering or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Ability to visits to new and potential accounts to establish and develop strong business relationships.
- Prior experience in sales/customer care will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and travel island-wide for business purposes.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Possess a valid driving license.
