Over its 19 years in operation, Siyapatha Finance has grown into the largest subsidiary of Sampath Bank and in September 2013, the entity was rebranded to its current name subsequent to receiving the finance company license by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011. The company’s asset portfolio consists of leasing, personal loans, business loans, gold financing, fixed deposits, savings & factoring (debt financing) operations. Siyapatha Finance PLC is a key player in the country’s Non-Banking Financial Institutions sector with a network of 52 branches in principal cities and towns, powered by a dynamic team of 950 employees.
