The company operates with two processing units with 35,000 square feet warehousing facility with a measure to measure inbound through outbound process control facility monitored with ERP system. Their own fleet of trucks operating for the collection of material while another fleet of container trucks operating for export logistics through out the year. Expansion plans are already in place to double the warehousing facility and double the operational capabilities in year 2020 to support the diversification of the business. Recording a steady growth throughout its period Gallops sustains the number one position as a market leader in waste paper export holding 40% market share in Sri Lanka. The infrastructure is set with the goal to increase the local market share to 50% and to drive the entrepot export overseas to cross 100000 MT in year 2020.
