HR Placements - is where we will recruit suitable candidates according to clients’ requirements for a one-time fee. Moreover, we undertake to arrange for replacements, if the candidates vacate their post at the work place within a period of three months. Over the last few years, MPL has grown rapidly meeting the outsource needs of several Multinational and large National companies, who prefer to use an HR strategic partner to meet their HR needs, whilst maintaining low headcounts and less administrative responsibilities.
